Return & Exchange Policy
We pride ourselves on offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition within 30 days for a refund or merchandise exchange, less shipping costs. We will accept returns for sale items and provide a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, for health and safety reasons, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on underwear purchases. We advise reviewing our size charts prior to purchase or contacting customer service with any sizing inquiries at 1.866.304.3704.

Return Instructions
Please complete the steps below:
1) Complete the return form that is provided with each order.
2) Pack your merchandise and the return form in the original shipping box.
3) Affix the pre-paid return label to the shipping box. Please note that $5.00 will be deducted from your refund for the shipping cost. If you choose a different shipping method, please insure the package for the full value and address the return to: ADAM, Attn: Web Returns, 678 Hudson Street, New York, NY 10011.
4) Once your package is received, we will credit your account within 14 days.

Exchange Instructions
Please call our customer service line at 866.304.3704 for exchanges. Our customer service department will confirm inventory and place a new order for you. For all exchanges, we offer complimentary shipping.

Pricing Guarantee
For all permanent price reductions, adampluseve will honor a one-time price adjustment within 14 days of the original order date. Please contact our Customer Service dept at 1.866.304.3704 to request credit for a price difference. The pricing guarantee does not apply to temporary promotional sales prices.

Order Cancellation Policy
