Return Instructions Please complete the steps below: 1) Complete the return form that is provided with each order. 2) Pack your merchandise and the return form in the original shipping box. 3) Affix the pre-paid return label to the shipping box. Please note that $5.00 will be deducted from your refund for the shipping cost.
