Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we are not able to ship internationally. We do hope to provide this service in the future so please keep in touch.

Can I ship an order to an address other than my own?

Yes, please select “add new address” during the checkout process and fill in the address to which you would like that order to be sent.

Is it possible to have items gift wrapped?

Yes, our signature gift wrap is now standard on all packages. Unless you call to request otherwise, all orders will be delivered gift wrapped. If you would like to include a gift card, please select this option during checkout.

How do I track my order?

A tracking code will be included in your shipping confirmation email. The tracking code will also be available in your online account.

Do I have to register to place an order?

No, registering is not required. However, by registering you allow us to more effectively serve you for that initial order and for orders in the future.

What forms of payment do you accept?

At ShopAdam.com we accept American Express, Visa, Discover, and Mastercard. All cards, whether credit or debit, must have been issued from within the U.S.

Do you provide a pricing guarantee?

For all permanent price reductions, adampluseve will honor a one-time price adjustment within 14 days of the original order date. Please contact our Customer Service dept at 1.866.304.3704 to request credit for a price difference. The pricing guarantee does not apply to temporary promotional sales prices.

How do I cancel or change my order?
